This song "Asmanayi Tarais" is a
composition of Babar Khan Babar and masterfully performed by one of melodious vocalist of Gilgit Baltistan Muhammad
Siddique Mughal. This song is dedicated to his partner. He is comparing his
love to that of Yousuf and Zulikha, as well as Laila and Majnun.
According to the vocalist
words, his dream is not being achieved in this world, but he has reached the
clouds of the sky via his imagination. In a boat laden with grief, I have made
it over the river's choppy waves to the other side. He displays his affection
for his girlfriend by stating, "I held to your name and offered the food
of charity to even the ants," which means, "I clung to your name and
gave the bread of charity."
He also claims that my
love is a live flower and wishes that the same flower may be in heaven, and he
asks his friends to pray for him in order that the flower may be in my destiny
as well. It is my constant prayer to Allah that I either forget about her or
that she be a part of my destiny.
The singer compares his
love to the moon, stating that the stars in the sky are gathered and that in
the center of the sky they have reserved a spot for the moon to take up
residence. The moon has shed her light all over the world and has reigned
supreme over people's hearts as she is decked out in luxurious and expensive
attire.
